Pumping at work: A dilemma for too many moms

Last week I had the opportunity to call into Blog Talk Radio where Faten Abdallah has a talk show titled, "Connecting Women." This show is about how women try to find, or have found, balances in their life. My topic? You guessed it, breastfeeding. Specifically, breast pumping in the workplace.

Faten and I discuss the obstacles women face returning to work when still breastfeeding, social issues surrounding breastfeeding in the public domain, health benefits of breastfeeding, what employers can do to ensure they're providing for breastfeeding employees, and much more.
